Do the toxins have a way out? Use this guide to check on your drainage pathways
Drainage 101- this may be your missing step.
Imagine this:
What would happen if you never took the trash out of your house?
The first day, maybe not much. A full bag sits there.
The third day, it may pile up and start to smell.
A week later, bags of trash will line the walls.
In the coming weeks and months trash piles up and overflows towards the different bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, closets, garage, etc. There’s garbage EVERYWHERE.
Basically- it’s a huge stinky mess that is super hard and gross to clean up.
It would’ve just been easier to take the trash out than to clean up this giant MESS.
Now not only do you have to take out the trash… you have extra work to do because you did not stay on top of the garbage.
You’ll have to sweep the floors, air out the house, catch the bugs, scrub the walls, call the company for pickup, explain to the neighbors why you have bags of garbage and the work keeps piling on.
I know what you’re thinking.
If I just took out the trash everyday, this wouldn’t have happened!!!
EXACTLY. Now let’s think about it in terms of our bodies.
When your body is flowing and draining, we feel great! No complaints.
When your body is stagnant, blocked and NOT draining, we feel unwanted symptoms.
How often do you “take out the trash” for your body? Or do you let it pile up for weeks, then months and years?
How do you take out your body’s “trash”?
Cells produce waste. Toxins produce waste. Humans produce waste. Our body is a natural filter, it protects us by first trying to keep out the bad and second if something bad enters the body it protects it from our vital organs and tries to get it out.
Amazing right?
Only if the system is working.
If our body isn’t draining or functioning properly, we feel dis-order. We see a doctor and they may diagnose us with a dis-ease. Then give a pill. But does that solve the imbalance? The dis-order? The dis-function? Or is it a band-aid approach leading to a bigger problem? I’ll leave that up to you.
