Protocol Chat Support- 2 months
Basic chat support for use in between follow up calls.
Must be purchased along with protocol. $150 monthly; 2 month minimum.
Clients can choose to receive support via Voxer Chat App or Email.
Chat Support is for:
-clarifying questions about your protocol
-clarifying questions about your supplements
-clarifying questions about appropriate foundations/ drainage practices to use and when/ why
-updating Alex on progress through protocol
-questions about navigating acute simple clearing reactions (longer and complicated issues need to be addressed in a consult)
-questions about resources/referrals discussed during the call
-requesting to order blood work
-requesting to order additional testing (Bloodwork, OAT, HTMA, Mycotoxin Panel, etc.)
-requesting to order follow up scans (Brain Scan, Full Scan, Protocol Scan)
-requesting a refill or reorder of supplements
-how to navigate adding and removing supplements in your protocol and appropriate dosage/ timing guidelines
*Voxer Chat Support is NOT for:
-changing/ editing/ updating protocols
-requesting new referrals
-discussing additional health topics not included in initial protocol/ consult
-discussing symptoms/ needs of others besides the client
-discussing new or previous test results
-discussing dietary changes and other needs not addressed in initial protocol/consult
-discussing protocol changes- all updates must be in a follow up call
-questions unrelated to our initial consult/ protocol
-topics that take Alex longer than 5 minutes to answer
